Opinion: Rehabilitate Ilorin-Jebba Road
I want to call on the Federal Government, through the Ministry of Works, to rehabilitate the Ilorin-Jebba Road. This road, which links Kwara with Niger State, is in such a terrible state. I think the process of rehabilitation had started sometime ago, but today, work has stopped completely. The last time I travelled on the road to Mokwa in Niger State, a co-passenger almost developed asthma attack as a result of the dust. Many trailers also lose their bearing, daily spilling their contents on the road. I hope something can be done soon.
