3,000 PDP Members Defect to APC in Kwara
No fewer than 3,000 members of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in ErinIIe town in Oyun local government council area of Kwara state Sunday dumped the party for the All Progressives Congress (APC) .
THISDAY investigations revealed that, among the defectors were youth associations, women groups, and market women.
Addressing the defectors at Erin-Ile, the member of the state house of assembly representing Odo-Ogun state constituency of the local government, Hajia Sikirat Anako said that the defectors decided to dump the PDP for APC in view of the tremendous developmental projects in the town.
