Saraki promises ABS new bus, special bonus

The Chairman of Abubakar Bukola Saraki (ABS) Ilorin FC, Mr. Seni Saraki, has assured the players and the technical crew of the team an improved welfare package ahead of the new season.

Mr. Saraki who was at the team's training ground on Monday after attending his father's 54th birthday special prayer saluted the courage of his team to pick the promotion ticket.

He pledged that a new bus would be given to the team to ease it's movement for away games and to ensure the players are comfortable on the road.

The elated Saraki doled out cash to the players as his visiting gift and promised them a special bonus for Christmas.

The chairman charged the team, especially the technical crew to prepare very well for life in the Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL).

ABS will begin the new season with an home game against Akwa United on Sunday, Jan. 15,at the Kwara Stadium complex after three years in the lower division.
