Abubakar Bukola Saraki via Facebook: "Today Justice Auta in Abuja delivered his ruling on the case brought before him by LAK Jimoh against me. Justice Auta said it was a bye election (free for all new entrants) and not a rerun (which precludes new entrant) the case was dismissed. I once again thank the good people of Kwara for their support and promise to continue to bring them quality representation."
