The Federal Road Safety Commission (FRSC) has warned officers and men of the corps to guard against taking or giving bribe.

The Deputy Corps Marshal, Boboye Oyeyemi, gave the warning on Wednesday when he visited the Kwara command in Ilorin.

Oyeyemi said that any officer found guilty would be sacked with immediate effect.

He commended the efforts of officers and men of the corps and advised them to remain committed in the discharge of their duties.

The deputy corps marshal, whose visit coincided with the launch of the Kwara State General Hospital in Ilorin, commended the state government for buying equipment for the Trauma Centre.

He explained that the newly renovated Ilorin Ultramodern Hospital housing the Trauma Centre would help to save lives during emergencies.
