Elekoyangan and Orioke communities seek Kwara Govt's aid
The two leaders, however, called on the governor to come to the aid their their communities in the area of provision of more social amenities such as good road network, regular water supply through the provision of boreholes in their areas, provision of electric transformers towards ensuring constant supply of electricity, building of industries and companies in their communities so as to boost the socio-economic lives of their people as well as to create employment opportunities for the youths.
Both community leaders called on the well-to-do in their respective communities both at home and in the diaspora to come around and contribute their quotas to the development of their areas, with the need to contribute in ensuring the security of lives and properties of the people, rendering financial assistance to farmers and providing farm implements for them in order to boost food production, giving of loans to traders in order to boost their business activities, among others.
