Date: 2026-04-05

The Kwara State Governor of North Central Nigeria, Mallam AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq, has felicitated with the Christian community in Kwara State and across Nigeria on the occasion of Easter.

According to him, the season calls for deeper reflection on the virtues of sacrifice, resilience, unity, and love, which Easter symbolises.

In a statement personally signed by the Governor, he urged the community to draw strength from the triumph of Jesus Christ over adversity, reminding that we can overcome the challenges we face today in both our personal and national lives.

"On behalf of myself and my family, I wish Christians a blessed Easter and pray that the celebrations will bring joy and happiness to every home," the statement added.
