As hearing began in the recent communal clash between Offa and Erin-Ile town in Offa and Oyun Local Government Area respectively, the Kwara State Judicial Commission of Enquiry has received 13 memoranda from grafted parties.

Eight of the memoranda came from Offa community, while the remaining five are form Erin-Ile community.

Those filed from Offa community include that of Alhaji Yunusa Oyewale Olatunde, Yammfy Farms Nigeria Limited, Egbe Offa Mesi and Offa community.

Others that filed from Offa Community are Aremo Mosobalaje Olaloye Jamiu Oyawoye, Exact Petroleum Company Limited, Saraki Temitope Tayo and Federal Polytechnics, Offa.

Memoranda from Erin-Ile were from Total Engineering Limited, Erin-Ile Community, National Union of Road Transport Workers, Erin-Ile Branch of Erin-Ile Youth Association and R.M.Oladimeji.

The Chairman of the commission, Hon. Justice Adeyinka S. Oyinloye, urged parties to comply with the rule of the commission, as he called on those with default to re-file their memorandum.

"You are giving two days to properly file your memorandum and your list of witnesses. The panel will not adjourn for any party for witness or document sought to tender as evidence", the Chairman added.

Justice Oyinloye however appealed to the counsels to come with witnesses that would make the commission to get the truth of the crisis.

The commission adjourned the sitting to next week Monday to enable parties comply with the rule of the commission.
