Ilorin Leadership Symposium to Award Over ?3 Million to 20 SMEs
According to News report from Vanguard, the SOT brand, in collaboration with Limitless Leadership Eversion, is set to award more than ?3 million to at least 20 Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) at the upcoming Ilorin Leadership Symposium.
This announcement was made by one of the event's organisers, Simire Tijesuni. The symposium, titled 'ILS 20 Leadership Symposium 24' and themed 'Thriving in Chaos,' is scheduled to take place on Saturday, 25 May, at the Kwara State Banquet Hall, Government House Road, Ilorin.
Discussing the event's objectives, Tijesuni explained that the Ilorin Leadership Symposium (ILS2024) will bring together high-impact professionals, young leaders, and entrepreneurs from across the country. The aim is to foster learning, idea exchange, and meaningful discussions. "Throughout the event, various keynote speakers will explore critical topics on leadership, governance, business, and technology, all centred around the theme of thriving in chaos," Tijesuni added.
“We strive to ensure that all appointed and elected leaders across our families, economic institutions, political spheres, religious bodies, IT ecosystems, and arts and entertainment industries have the character, competence and courage to drive growth.
“We also aim to provide accessible and simplified leadership training for emerging leaders across institutions, companies and communities.”
Tijesuni also stressed that his SOT brand is an innovative branch that is passionate about helping startup brands move from ideation to implementation, and helping established businesses scale.
With a remarkable track record, SOT Brand has guided over 3,000 brands through crucial ideation stages, providing invaluable support.
In his remarks, the founder of LLE, Tioluwanimi Obisesan, said attendees would gain practical insights and strategies needed to re-position and transform their personal or company brands for huge success in the midst of challenges and economic uncertainties.
She added: “We prioritise intentional networking, hence, we will create an environment that allows for conversations and connections between participants. Ultimately, ILS 2024 is an unmissable opportunity designed to help leaders thrive, and scale awareness and profits.”

Other bigwigs who will grace the events are Senior Special Assistant, New Media To Kwara State Governor, Olayinka Fafoluyi, and Special Assistant to Kwara State Governor on Non-Governmental Affairs, Ahmed Usman Babakano.
