Kwara gov condoles Etsu Patigi over wife's death

Kwara State Governor Abdulfatah Ahmad has commiserated with the Etsu Patigi, Alhaji Ibrahim Chatta Umar, over the death of his wife, Hajia Fatimoh Ibrahim Chatta Umar, who died at the weekend.

A statement signed by the Chief Press Secretary to the Secretary to the Kwara  State Government , Alhaji Dauda Nurudeen, stated that during a sympathy visit, the governor, who was represented by the Secretary to the State Government, Alhaji Sola Isiaka Gold, called on the monarch to see the death of his wife as an act of God.

He prayed Allah to forgive her and grant her Aljanah Fridaus while also praying Allah to grant the Etsu Patigi and his entire family the fortitude to bear the loss.

Responding, the Etsu Patigi, Alhaji Ibrahim Chatta Umar thanked the state governor for the visit, and promised the present administration his support.
