The National Population Commission will begin building numbering and household listing by April 17, before the actual census exercise.
The State Director of NPC, Alhaji Sa'eed Yusuf, made this known in Ilorin, on Wednesday.
Yusuf said that the building numbering and household listing were part of the census and would be for five days, after which there would be another training before the census.
“There will be five days training for enumerators and supervisors between April 25 and 30, in their respective Local Government Areas for the success of the exercise,” Yusuf said.
On the training of enumerators that was supposed to be held on March 31, the director said that it could not take place due to a lack of logistics.
