Orisa Bridge already awarded, work to begin soon: Contractor

Date: 2022-01-16

.Commends Gov Abdulrazaq for prioritising people's welfare

Our attention has been drawn to the incident of a heavy vehicle stranded on ORISA BRIDGE at Km 16 on Omu Aran Oro Ago Road.

The vehicle was right on the Bridge when it could not move causing lines of vehicle on both sides of the bridge. A battery of another vehicle was used to be able to get the vehicle off the single lane bridge before the lines of vehicle could pass.

We want to take this opportunity to inform the public using the road that the Kwara State Government has awarded the bridge for construction to our firm Wallyson Ventures/Darakpot Nig Ltd and we will soon move to site.

This type of avoidable brake down will easily be attended to once we take possession of the site.

Governor Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq has been magnanimous enough to ensure the award of the bridge and community will get a new bridge very soon.

The construction of the Bridge is under the full control of Engr. Daramola A. S.

Engr. Wale Adaran

Project Engineer.
