The Honourable Commissioner for Sports and Youth Development, Kwara State, Mrs Joana Nnazua Kolo has rained praises on the trailblazing Kwara Adorable Angels Handball Team who are making great progress and outstanding performance at the ongoing Prudent Energy Handball Premier League at the Moshood Abiola National Stadium, Abuja.

Kwara has been put to another greater pedestal by the team with their humor that helps keep enthusiasm at peak levels, well-packaged and that communicate value.

The unwavering support by the State Government and the Management has created a win-win environment by using the training program to build the participants’ self-worth and self-esteem.

According to the statement issued through her Media and Strategic Assistant, Basheer Luqman, " The Team combined the skills of running, jumping, catching, and throwing into a fast-moving, exciting game.

"They were exceptional to outmatched their opponent - Lagos Seasider babes – by utilizing dribbling, passing, pick and rolls, and fast breaks", she noted.

Winning with a landslide victory against the fierce Lagos Seasider Babes on about 19 goals different, and having won 3 and a draw out of their 4 previous matches, recording highest score in the tournament sent succor to the marrow. The angels are on the top 3 chart of the national radar.
