Enyimba's coach Abdullah praises Kwara after loss: They deserve CAF football

Enyimba head coach Usman Abdullah has given kudus to Kwara United after losing to the Ilorin-based side last weekend.

Last Sunday's thrilling encounter saw The People's Elephants record 3-2 home loss to Kwara United, leading up to coach Abdullah choosing to applaud the Harmony Boys rather than asking questions of his own team.

"Honestly, I did not believe what Kwara United boys played against my team and I was so surprised because they fought like lions.

"They deserved to win the match and I want to congratulate them because the performance I saw from those players deserve to be seen on the continent," Abdullah concluded.

Enyimba next face Lobi Stars on Wednesday in Aba.
