KWSG Resumes Road Rehabilitation Work in Ilorin, Ajase-Ipo

The Kwara State Ministry of Works and Transportation has resumed rehabilitation of roads within and outside the state capital following the receipt of a fresh supply of bitumen at its asphalt plant.

According to a schedule released by the State Commissioner of Works and Transport, Alhaji Aro Yahaya, the rehabilitation will run from Wednesday, 18th December, to ?Saturday, 22nd December, 2018? and will cover the following road and areas: Isale -Oja- Pakata Road/ Abe Emi, Awolowo Road (Tanke), Broadway- Recreation, Oko Erin- Cemetery Road/Oko Erin- Taiwo, and Fate Round About-Muhammed Abdullahi Road. Others are Abayawo- Itadu Road, Edun Road, Unity- Taiwo Isale Road, Agunji Road, Oke- Fomo Road, Idi-Ape-Baruba, Adabata Junction and Ajase-Ipo Township Roads.

Alhaji Yahaya assured that more roads will be rehabilitated as soon as the Ministry receives fresh supplies of bitumen and other required materials.
