FIRST SEMESTER

Kwara Poly 2017/2018 Proposed Academic Calendar is Out for all prospective staffs and student of the Polytechnic.

1. All Returning Students Resumes [Except SIWES Students]- 16th October, 2017

2. Registration for all Returning Students begins- 16th October, 2017

3. Lectures for Returning Students begins- 23rd October, 2017

4. All New Students Resumes- 30th October, 2017

5. SIWES Students Resumes- 27th October, 2017

6. Lectures for SIWES Students begin- 27th November, 2017

7. Registration closes for all Students – 9th December, 2017

8. Christmas Break – 23rd December, 2017- 2nd January, 2018

9. All Students resumes for Lectures after Christmas Break- 2nd January, 2018

10. Lecture ends for all Students- 10th February, 2018

11. Matriculation for Freshers- 12th February, 2018

12. First Semester Exams begins for all Students- 19th February, 2018

13. First Semester Exams ends for all Students- 23th March, 2018

14. Conference Marking- 26th March, 2018- 16th April, 2018

15. First Semester Break- 26th March, 2017- 15th April, 2017

SECOND SEMESTER

1. Resumption and Commencement of Lectures for all Students- 16th April, 2018

2. Lectures ends for all Students – 7th July, 2017

3. 2nd Semester Exams begins for all Students- 11th August, 2018

4. Conference Marking- 20th August, 2018- 8th September,2018

5. Consideration of 2017/2018 Sessional/Diploma Results- 30th August, 2018

6. End of 2017/2018 Academic Session- 1st September, 2018
