The Omoluabi Foundation of the former Minister of Sports who is currently the National Publicity Secretary of the ruling All Progressive Party, Mallam Bolaji Abdullahi, today donated a table tennis kit and other sporting facilities to Government Girls Day Junior Secondary School (GGDJSS) Pakata Ilorin.

The donation, which was anchored by the General Manager of the foundation, Mrs Funsho Bolaji Abdullahi, on behalf of Mallam Bolaji Abdullahi, was witnessed by the Education Secretary of Ilorin West Local Government, Alhaji Animashahun, the school Principal, Alhaji Usman Ubandawaki, members of the staff, students and members of the community.

While appreciating the gesture, the Principal of the school, Alhaji Usman Ubandawaki who is also the Chairman Ilorin West Education Authority's Sporting Committee, solicited the foundation's support for trophies on the planned Ilorin West inter-school sporting competitions.

The requested was however granted immediately as the Foundation Manager instructed one of his team members to procure two trophies to be delivered before the end of the day.
