Comrade Issa Aremu loses mother
Comrade Issa Aremu, the General Secretary of the National Union of Textile Garment and Tailoring Workers of Nigeria (NUTGTWN), has lost his mother, Alhaja Hafsat Aremu.
Late Mrs Aremu passed away on Thursday night, it was learnt at her son's residence in Ilorin.
Comrade Aremu in a text message to Daily Trust Reporter announced the passing away of his mother.
The deceased was buried on Friday morning in accordance with Islamic rites at Alapata Ilorin, Kwara State.
The janazal prayers was held at Alapata mosque beginning at 10 a.m.
