Governor Abdulfatah Ahmed stated this Saturday while unveiling the Technical crew of the team led by Coach Tunde Abdulkareem.

Governor Ahmed who was represented by his Special Assistant on Sports, Bashorun Kayode Bankole, urged the technical crew to select the best players to prosecute the League.

The Governor urged the team to be appreciative of good gesture by churning in good results.

The Chairman of the State Football Association, Mallam Busari Ishola charged the technical crew to bring their experience to bear in the discharge of their duties.

Mallam Ishola called on all stakeholders to do their best to ensure the progress of the Club.

Also speaking, former FA Chairman, Chief Kunle Adesiyun implored the technical crew to work assiduously for the Club to win continental ticket.

General Manager of the team, Alhaji Haruna Maigidansanma charged the crew to be upright in the discharge of their duty and called for the support of all stakeholders to make their job easier.

Responding, the Technical Adviser, Coach Tunde Abdul Rahman pledged to take the team to the next level and called for prayer and support of the people to achieve the feat.

Other speakers include the General Manager of ABS FC, Alloy Chukwuemeka, who called on them to register good players for the task ahead, saying things are no longer the same in the Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL).

He said only the best teams win; adding that ‘if you fail to prepare well, serious teams would deal with you at home.’

The Secretary of the Ilorin based team, Mr Dele Oguntokun in his vote of thanks thanked stakeholders for their support in the just concluded season.

Others include Director of Sports, Coach TundeKazeem, Chairmen of the Supporters and fans Clubs.
