Kwara State chapter of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, yesterday berated the newly registered All Progressives Congress, APC, saying that a million of its kind cannot pose any meaningful opposition to the Peoples Democratic Parry, PDP in the state come 2015.

PDP also stated that with the developmental policies of Governor Abdulfatah Ahmed-led government, the masses have realised what democratic dividends means to the vast majority of the people who had earlier been neglected by the undemocratic administrations in the past.

Speaking in an interview with journalists in Ilorin, a PDP chieftain in Asa Local Government Area of the state, Alhaji Adeshina Bello Kilomodemo, expressed confidence that the opposition party will go nowhere in the LG and other polls in the state.

Kilomodemo who is also a chairmanship aspirant in the forthcoming council election in Asa Local Government Area also reiterated his passion to transform the socio-economic activities of the rural dwellers if elected.

He therefore urged politicians to shun activities capable of causing rancour before, during and after the local government polls, which is scheduled to hold later in October.
