Sanni Vows to Build on Kwara United's Away Victory over Nasarawa United
Kwara United technical adviser Tunde Sanni has hailed his team's resilience in their 1-0 victory over Nasarawa United, as reported by Daily Post. The Harmony Boys secured a much-needed win over the Solid Miners, thanks to Emmanuel Ogbole's powerful shot from outside the box before halftime.
Sanni praised his team's determination and fighting spirit, which ultimately led to their hard-fought win. He vowed to build on this momentum in Kwara United's subsequent games, starting with their next match.
The win in Lafia is a significant boost for Kwara United, and Sanni is eager to capitalise on this momentum to propel his team up the league table.
“This is compensation from God,” Sanni stated in a post-match interview.
“We are due to have won many away games, you can see we lost many scoring chances as well, but we thank God for the victory.”
Kwara United moved up to 11th position on the league table with 14 points following the win.
