Ilorin NBA Seeks to Strengthen Partnership with Senator Saliu Mustapha
According to the news gathered, The Ilorin chapter of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) has expressed its eagerness to strengthen its partnership with Senator Saliu Mustapha, who represents the Kwara Central Senatorial District.
The legal body conveyed this sentiment on Saturday, extending its gratitude to Senator Mustapha for his generous support during the recently concluded Annual General Conference (AGC) of the NBA in Lagos.
In a communication issued by the chapter's Chairman, SMH Kosemani Esq, the association warmly acknowledged the pivotal role Senator Mustapha played in ensuring the successful participation of its members.
The senator had provided substantial support for the transportation and accommodation of members registered under the branch's scheme, enabling them to actively participate in the landmark event.
The Chairman emphasized that Senator Mustapha's gesture underscores his enduring dedication to the legal profession, particularly within the Ilorin Branch.
“Senator Mustapha has consistently proven himself to be a genuine ally of the Bar.
“His steadfast support for our members and the branch as a whole is greatly valued,”NBA Ilorin stated.
The communication further highlighted the chapter's anticipation of sustaining its positive rapport with the senator, as they collaborate to advance democracy, constitutionalism, justice, and the rule of law in Nigeria.
This is not the first instance where the Kwara Senator has backed the professional body.
In the past year, as in previous years, he assisted the organization during its major events and programs."
