Kwara: FRSC Sector Commander tasks Corps Marshals on humanitarian services

Date: 2023-10-04

The Kwara Sector Commander, Federal Road Service Corps (FRSC), Corps Commander Fredrick Ogidan, has urged all Corps Marshals to revive their interest in humanitarian services.

This is contained in a statement by the sector’s Public Relations Officer, SRC Busari Basambo, on Tuesday in Ilorin.

Ogidan made the appeal at the 2023 Special Marshal Sectorial Workshop, with the theme: “Volunteerism in Road Safety Management – Its Limits and Possibilities”.

He said that participants should take advantage of the workshop to improve their knowledge of the job to be more professional.

He urged them to rekindle their zeal in helping humanity, through dedication to work and good attitude to the people they are assisting.

The corps commander thanked the corps marshal for his approval of the workshop, recalling that it had stopped since 2019 due to COVID-19 restrictions. (NAN)
