Kwara Releases 2023 BECE Results

The Kwara State Ministry of Education and Human Capital Development has released the 2023 Basic Education Certification Examination (BECE) results for students in the state.

Mrs. Rebecca Bake Olanrewaju, the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Education and Human Capital Development, made this announcement in her office on Thursday.

She received the exam results from Alhaji Imam Abdulkadir Sheu, the Director of Curriculum and Assessment.

Mrs. Olanrewaju commended the Curriculum and Assessment Department for their outstanding work. She announced that all Principals of Junior Secondary Schools in the state to collect access cards from the Continuous Assessment Unit on Wednesday, September 20, 2023. The cards, which the government is providing to students for free, are to be used by students to access their results on the BECE portal.

Furthermore, she expressed her gratitude to His Excellency, Mallam AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq, the Executive Governor of Kwara State, for the timely allocation of funds that contributed to the success of this year's placement examination.

Also present at the event was Engr Taofik Abdulkareem Babaita, the Chief Executive Officer of Plat Technologies Limited, consultant to the Ministry.
