Date: 2023-04-25

The Igbomina-Ekiti Muslim Forum, National Headquarters has commiserated with the family of Oyinloye of Ijara Isin over the death of their son, Hon. Justice Adeyinka Sikiru Oyinloye, who died last night after a brief illness.

Hon. Oyinloye, who has been buried today according to Islamic rites in his hometown, Ijara, was until he died in the active service of the Kwara State Judiciary.

In his comments, the National President, of IEMF, Alhaji Nasir Ibrahim, through a statement issued by the General Secretary of the Forum, Mallam Mustafa Abubakar, stated that Justice Oyinloye has come to this world, seen and demonstrated what humanity should be, adding that he came, saw and did his best but Allah knows that that is how he will end it.

The statement further said that the National President, who described Justice Oyinloye as a brother and rear jurist, exclaimed, Huuuummmmnnnn! Ina Lillah Wa Ina Lillahi Rojiunna.......So Justice Sikirulllah Adeyinka Oyinloye has had his last breath !!!! Oh Allah ( SWT) You are the owner of life. You take and give. It pleased You that my brother Justice Sikirulllah Oyinloye will come to this world through Ijara Isin, the family of Oyinloye that he will be a star at the Bar and a Shining star at the Bench as No 17 on his appointment and now almost moved to the first 10.

Oh Allah ( SWT) He is your servant. He worshipped you till his last breath. The last time I saw him he was even reciting Surat Yàsin of the head. He was still sharp in the brain. He was always upright. He even remembered the Orphans during this last Ramadan and sent their money which was distributed on the 27th of Ramadan. Oh Allah ( SWT) You know him more than we do. You have already predetermined when, how, and what will cause his death. Oh Allah we cannot question You. You can question us and we will never be able to answer, he stated.

According to him, the deceased started and initiated Jumaat Mosque at the High Court in Ilorin, adding that he had been a pillar of support for various Muslim groups and was always willing to give more to the course of Islam.

He had been the regular and one of the highest contributors to our special Orphanage programs since we started at The Passionate- a platform which he gladly supported from the beginning. He had been supporting the three orphanage houses since 2020 when we made our first outing.

Justice Sikirullah Adeyinka- A highly compassionate with a high passion to assist whoever he comes across. Justice Sikirulllah was even supplying those in the same ward with him at the teaching hospital food and water!!!! He said he preferred to be amongst them rather than in a private ward !!! Justice Sikirulllah had then come to this world, seen and demonstrated what humanity should be. Yes, he may have his faults like others. But Justice Sikirulllah Oyinloye had many exemplary virtues.

Haaa!!! Allah your slave Justice Sikirullah Adeyinka Oyinloye has answered your final call. Please forgive him for his sins. Grants his sole in Aljannat Firdaos, and his family the fortitude to bear the loss.

Certainly we have lost a rare personality in Kwara State, a star in Nigeria's judiciary, an upright member of the judiciary, a committed member of the Ijara Isin Muslim Community, a true Human Rights Crusader, a poverty removal, a true friend of the underprivileged, a concerned citizen for the poor and disadvantaged, a veteran of the orphans and cherisher and enablers of widows. May Allah ( SWT) clear his ways for him..May Allah make his grave expansive and comfortable for him. May Allah make his resurrection easy and accept him and his soul to Aljanat Firdaus.

Well.....we just have to accept the judgement of Allah. No one knows who is next. We still thank Almighty Allah for His Mercies. My Brother Sikirullah Adeyinka Oyinloye. May Allah make his soul among those who will rest in peace and tranquility in Aljanat, the statement added.
