Justice Ambali made significant contributions to the promotion of a just society,' says Bolaji Abdullahi as he mourns late Jurist
Former Minister for Youth and Sports Development, Mallam Bolaji Abdullahi has mourned the passing of the retired Grand Khadi of Kwara State, Justice Abdulmuttalib Ahmad Ambali who died in the early hours of today, Thursday, 30th of March 2023.
The former Minister, in his condolence message, said the deceased made significant contributions towards the promotion of a just society in accordance with the teachings of islam.
"The passing of Justice Ahmad Ambali in the holy month of Ramadhan is significant to us as Muslims. And while the exit of the jurist leaves a vacuum in the judiciary as an institution and Ilorin Emirate as a community, we take solace in the knowledge that the departed led a glorious and impactful life.
"I extend my deepest condolences to friends, families and associates of the seasoned jurist," Abdullahi said.
The former Minister, who commiserates with Mai Martaba, the Emir of Ilorin, Alhaji Dr. Ibrahim Sulu Gambari, CFR; religious and traditional stakeholders and institutions in Ilorin, urged the family to take solace in the understanding that the deceased lived a life of service with meaningful contributions to the society. He also prayed that Almighty Allah grants the late Judge a favorable place in the hereafter.
