The best is yet to come from Kwara United - Michael Ohanu

Date: 2021-03-25

Kwara United returned to winning ways in spectacular fashion with the 5-0 thumping of Adamawa United in Ilorin over the weekend and Striker Michael Ohanu believes they can get better.

Stephen Jude scored a perfect hat-trick on the day, while Ohanu scored the remaining two goals that helped the Harmony Boys back to the top of the table.

The brace takes Ohanu's goal tally for the season to five with two assists.

Speaking to brila.net on his performance in the ongoing NPFL campaign, Ohanu said he's happy with how things are going for him and the club.

"I'm very proud of our performance in the last game ( Adamawa United ) and how the season is going generally for the club," the Striker enthused.

"Our plan is to continue working hard in order to maintain the good standards all through the season.

"I'm happy to contribute goals and assists to the team, but the best is yet to come from all of us," he told brila.net
