The Kwara State Commissioner for Education and Human Capital Development, Hajia Fatimah Bisola Ahmed has announced that the state Common Entrance Examination has been slated for 24th October, 2020.

The Commissioner made this known during interaction with pressmen in her office, this weekend.

Her words: @The Common Entrance Examination that was earlier slatted for today, 17th October. 2020 will now hold on 24th October, 2020 across the state".

She enjoined parents and guardians to prepare their wards for the forthcoming examination.

In addition, Hajia Ahmed also informed parents and guardians that the ongoing Basic Education Certificate Examination (BECE) that was suspended due to workers' strike will continue on Monday 19th October, 2020.

The Commissioner laid emphasis on the need for Education Stakeholders to abide by the Covid-19 safety guidelines in schools.

She wished pupils and students hitch free examinations.
