Emir of Ilorin makes two new appointments

The Emir of Ilorin and Chairman Kwara State Council of Chiefs, Alhaji Ibrahim Sulu-Gambari, has approved the appointment of Mallam Maliki Sakariyau Iyanda as the new Alangua Ibagun Okelele in the Ilorin East local government area of the state.

This is contained in a statement issued by the Secretary of the Ilorin Emirate Council, Alhaji S.A. Lawal on Tuesday.

Alhaji Sulu-Gambari also approved the appointment of Alhaji Issa Baba Bale as the new Baale of Ballah, Owode District of Asa local government area.

The appointment takes immediate effect.
