Governor, State of Osun, Ogbeni Rauf Aregbesola has commiserated with Governor Abdulfatah Ahmed, the government and people of Kwara State over the robbery incident on five new generation banks in Offa town on Thurssday.

In a tweet via his official twitter handle on Friday, Governor Aregbesola extended his condolence to the Olofa of Offa, Chiefs and the entire indigenes and residents of the ancient town calling on security agencies to nab the bandits.

It will be recalled that the robbery of Offa banks lasted an hour on Thursday with an undisclosed number of casualties while huge sums of money were carted away by the men of the underworld.

See the tweet below:

I commiserate with the people of Offa, the King, Chiefs, elders, the Govt and Governor of Kwara @AbdulfataAhmed on this very depressing and unfortunate incident. No effort must be spared to apprehend the bandits.

May Allah rest the deceased, heal the injured and secure the land.
