Mutiu Adepoju quits Kwara Football Academy
Ex-international Mutiu Adepoju on Thursday confirmed his exit? from? the Kwara Football Academy (KFA)? where he served as administrator.?
Adepoju, a former Real Sociedad of Spain player?,? told the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) in Ilorin that the Kwara State government, the owner of the academy, did not renew his contract.
NAN reports that the KFA signed a two-year contract with the former Real Madrid B team player on Jan. 2, 2014.
I can confirm that my contract was not renewed by the Kwara State government. "My current contract expired in January this year and was expected to be renewed in February but the employer is not willing to renew it.
"I am no longer in charge and I can confirm my exit from the academy," Adepoju said. (NAN)
