The Executive chairman of the Service, Dr Muritala Awodun stated this during an interview VON in Ilorin, the Kwara State capital.

According to him, the money was generated in its Agency's first operation in the state, adding that the five billion naira monthly target given by Governor Abdulfatah Ahmed is achievable through proper planning.

On the issue of Control posts, he said the 11 people selected out of a hundred that applied are on probation for three months after which they would be retained or kicked out depending on their performances and another set would be given a similar opportunity.

Dr. Awodun said the Community Impact Programme of the Service is a continuous one and that it would continue its advocacy visits to enlighten the people on tax education and its relevance to development.

He commended the people of the state for their cooperation, while enjoining them to join hands with him by paying their tax to make Kwara a better place.
