Kwara Speaker advises on tolerance, love

Muslims have been urged to imbibe the virtues of Prophet Ibrahim (SAW) which perseverance, tolerance, steadfastness, love and piety as examplified in Eid-el-Kabir celebration to make Nigeria over come her numerous challenges.

The Speaker of the Kwara State House of Assembly, Barrister Razak Atunwa gave this advice in Ilorin, Kwara State capital in his Eid-el-Kabir message to Nigerians.

Barrister Atunwa in a statement issued by his Media Assistant, Alhaji Abdul-Rahman Sanni, explained that nculcating the practice of sacrifice, tolerance, steadfastness, perseverance, love for one another would go a long way to salvage the nation from the verge of disintegration.

According to him, what the nation needs at this time were prayers, support and the zeal to move her forward, pointing out that the nation could attain greatness through piety, purposeful leadership and demonstration of high sense of patriotism by Nigerians.
