Ahmed Reappoints Members to Civil Service Commission
Kwara State Governor Alhaji Abdulfatah Ahmed yesterday presented three nominees before the state House of Assembly for re-appointment as chairman and members of the Civil Service Commission.
The Speaker, Mr. Rasaq Atunwa, disclosed this while reading a message from the governor during the Tuesday plenary. According to the governor's letter dated 26, March, 2014 the reappointed members are Alhaji Salman Ibrahim (Chairman), Alhaji Abubakar Gunnu and Alhaji Isiaka Labaika. The governor said his decision to re-appoint them was in line with the constitution of Nigeria and takes effect from 26 March 2014 to 26 March, 2019.
