Opinion: Kwara PDP and Their Political Nightmare. By Abdulrahman Abdullahi Kayode

All men are great in their dreams but the reality narrows the competition. People who suffer from the personality disorder lack dream activity. It is impossible to dream when u are snoring. Snoring would rather yield nightmare just like it's yielding for Ebele Jonathan and Bamaga Tukur family in Kwara State. Their noise making has yet no impact on the political atmosphere of Kwara State. One begins wondering who is worth his/her stewardship to be called PDP Chieftain in Kwara. Someone who has navigated intrinsically into the heart of Kwara politics would definitely come in a common belief with me that the personalities of Rasheed Alada, Oba Ajara, Kunle Sulyman, S. S. Ajibola, Bio Ibrahim, LAK Jimoh, Mankanjuola Ajadi, Oba Abdulraheem, Ladi Edun, Gbemi Saraki and Bola Sagaya are far from Election triumph in Kwara. The plain truth is that ninety five percent (95%) of the aforementioned politicians can not even with their wealth command 50 votes from their respective families due to their past failure, selfishness, mediocrity, wickedness and inhuman acts.

Let any of their week livered faceless advocates who have resorted to calumny of distorted facts dare me with their individual comparisons with the Amiable Leader in Kwara, ABS. I swear, that would position the compared personality to the terminus of his/her political paths as I have my facts already and am going to air it with my media strength. The funniest joke of the year 2013 was hearing Sen. Ajibola to attribute 2015 election triumph in Kwara to PDP by saying, "PDP will win Kwara in 2015". In spite of his third term in the Red Chamber of National Assembly, this is a man who is considered to be the most useless and worthless in Kwara Politics for he hasn't successfully touched the life of a (just one person) Kwara South constituent. Viewing the news of the event live on Channels TV at first, I thought it was an end of the year party of a Nursery and Primary School as the gathering was scanty & under-crowded. The NTA version at 9pm which is usually a pro-government news was even worse. In spite of the wounded giant lions and lionesses (Prof. Oba, SS Ajibola, Mankajuola Ajadi and others) at the event, it was shameful that less than 100 followers were in attendance.

Apropos to that, report has it last month that the generality of Elders and Youths in Baruteen LG of the state have warned Bio Ibrahim not to come home for any campaign or political activities in the axis but come home as gentle son of the land. This, as it was read from an open letter written to him by Baruteen Progressive Union, is due to the absence of his achievements and strides for the community despite his decades of political representation and office holding. They therefore upheld Zakari Mohammed and Peter Kisrah as their achievers who have championed many causes for them. Is that too not a minus to the dreams of these power hungry Gorilas? There are bunches of such mighty politicians who can't boast of their children's votes in the Kwara PDP camp. They make the loudest noise when they have no political structure, cook tales to discredit ABS as if he has no many goodwills and deceive the good people of Kwara on truths already known to us.

We are wise! We are so wise to know the difference between an aspirant who voluntarily steps down and the one that contests but defeated in an electoral process. This is a case of the Erudite Prof. Hassan Solihu who stepped down due to reasons best known to himself but not the rumored ABS or Emir's sponsorship. We are so wise that no one can condemn the late Saraki giving people EBA while they have also started giving people SEMO at Adawole. My people, all na Starch! Dem no fit fool us. Their Kaduna Road Residence has also turned to Semo eating place whereas Semo and Eba belong to the same class of food, Carbohydrates. When the things fell apart out of hypocrisy, I thought the PDP men have another identified political tactics and strategies, but the later display is not different from all minor tips of what they learnt from the late Saraki which he has wholly bestowed on his crown heir, ABS. Bunch of hypocrites.

The obvious fact is, Kwara State is far from the grip of PDP and its embedded insanity and impunity. it's only a true dreamer like Joseph that has the possibility of realization. A nightmare continues to be a nightmare till its adversity manifests. No matter how loud is the snoring of PDP in Kwara, even to the tune of the note and vibration of a bomb detonated, it would always result in nightmare, which is Optimism in Vanity.
