Kwara pilgrims pray for Ahmed, Saraki

The Kwara State Pilgrims on lesser Hajj to  Saudi Arabia have prayed for the sustenance of peace in the state and divine intervention of Almighty Allah in upholding the understanding, love and peace between Governor Abdulfatah Ahmed and Senator Bukola Saraki come 2015.

The pilgrims at the prayers call on Allah to help avoid any form of misunderstanding between  Governor Ahmed and the leader, Senator Saraki which is not in the collective interest of the peace of the state, praying Allah  to uphold the nation and enhance peace in Nigeria in the face of this trying times.

The pilgrims are part of the passengers on board of Alhaq Air Travels, Liberal Gold Travels, Medview Airline and Hama Air Travels to Saudi Arabia for leser Hajj (Umurah).

The General Manager of The Herald Newspapers, AbdulRasaq Adebayo, who spoke from Saudi Arabia, said the Kwara Pilgrims have used this period of holy month at the holy land, to pray for Kwara State to attain the prosperous vision of Governor Ahmed and God’s guidance for the political leader of the state, Senator Saraki in leading his political followers successfully.

Adebayo added that all hands must be on deck to promote peace and unity in the state in furtherance of the shared prosperity initiative of the governor which can only be achieved in a peaceful environment devoid of rancor, mistrust and tension.
