An indigenous developer, Legacy Homes and Properties Limited, is introducing its first affordable housing scheme in the new GRA Ilorin, for the medium and high-income groups.

The new scheme, Evergreen Community Housing Development (ECHD), is a new residential gated community estate, situated in the new GRA, on about 15 hectares of land along pipeline road of Tanke, Ilorin, Kwara State.

According to the promoters, "the estate is an exclusive residential locality and conveniently situated away from noise pollution that characterized the capital city."

The developer, in designing the estate, has given a careful attention to details, luxury and comfort through the provision of basic facilities /services to the needs of the occupier.

Evergreen estate is designed for only 117 families in 45 acre of land that provided a peaceful environment within a low density area.

The development consists of  eight  models of 3 -6 Luxury bedroom units, 92 modern villas and 25 townhouses. Each house sits on about 1,500 square metre space and has driveway, a back and front yard. The estate designed to enjoy a 24-hour security, will also boost of concrete block paving and well-lit landscaped pedestrian walkways .
