Emir Sulu-Gambari Mourns Hajia Salmat Muhammad, Offers Prayers for Deceased

The Emir of Ilorin and Chairman of the Kwara State Traditional Rulers Council, Mai-Martaba Alhaji (Dr) Ibrahim Sulu-Gambari CFR, has expressed condolences to Retired Justice Salihu Olohuntoyin Muhammad, former Grand Khadi of the Kwara Shariah Court of Appeal, following the death of his wife, Hajia Salmat Muhammad.

Alhaji Sulu-Gambari conveyed this in a condolence message released on Thursday by his Spokesman, Dr Abdulazeez Arowona.

The monarch, who expressed profound sadness over the demise of Hajia Salmat, described the incident as unfortunate and deeply touching, while affirming total submission to the will of Almighty Allah.

He extended his sympathy to Retired Justice Salihu Olohuntoyin Muhammad and his children over the irreplaceable loss of Hajia Salmat, describing her as a strong pillar of the family.

Alhaji Sulu-Gambari prayed that Almighty Allah forgives her shortcomings, accepts her good deeds and admits her into Aljanatul Firdaus.
