Governor AbdulRazaq Welcomes New Police Chief, Pledges Full Support for Kwara's Peace

Kwara State Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq, CON, officially welcomed the new Commissioner of Police for the Kwara State Police Command, Chief Superintendent (CP) Ojo Adekimi, at the Government House in Ilorin on Thursday.

During the meeting, Governor AbdulRazaq reaffirmed the Kwara State Government's commitment to supporting the police command under his administration, emphasizing the state's goal of maintaining its reputation as one of Nigeria's most peaceful regions.

CP Ojo Adekimi assured the Governor of the maximum cooperation of the Kwara State Command in ensuring the peace aiding geometric development across the state isn't disrupted.

The new Kwara Commissioner of Police had served in different capacities within the state command before being promoted to Commissioner of Police (CP).
