The Zanna of Ilorin, Engr. Yusuf 'Lanre Sagaya OFR, has extended warm congratulations to His Royal Highness, Alhaji (Dr) Ibrahim Sulu-Gambari CFR, on his 29th anniversary as the 11th Emir of Ilorin and Chairman of the Kwara State Traditional Council.

In a goodwill message issued on Monday, Sagaya, who also serves as the Chairman of the Ilorin Central Eid Praying Ground Management Committee, expressed gratitude to Almighty Allah for blessing the Emir with good health and long life to mark this significant coronation anniversary.

Sagaya further praised the Emir's role as a unifying father figure in Kwara State, noting, “As one of Nigeria's esteemed traditional rulers, your dedication to the growth of Ilorin Emirate and Kwara State, as well as your focus on the social and economic welfare of your people over the past 29 years, is remarkable. You are truly a father to all and a visionary leader for modern Kwara.”

“Your resolute, resilience, commitments and sacrifices for our dear nation as an incorruptible Presiding Justice of Appeal Court and now as the Emir of Ilorin have being the major driving force for all your 'children' home and abroad to be dutiful to your call for a great and prosperous Ilorin Emirate and Kwara State.”

Sagaya however reiterates his loyalty and support for the Shehu Alimi dynasty and prayed that Almighty Allah continue to strengthen the Emir in order to witness more years of tremendous accomplishments on the revered throne.
