National Hijrah Islamic Organisation Celebrates Emir of Ilorin's 29th Year on the Throne

The National Hijrah Islamic Organisation, Kwara State Chapter, has extended its congratulations to the Emir of Ilorin and Chairman of the Kwara State Traditional Rulers Council, Alhaji Ibrahim Sulu-Gambari CFR, marking his 29th anniversary on the throne.

In a statement issued on Monday, the Kwara State Chairman of the organisation, Prof. Badmos Lanre Yusuf, praised the Emir as a distinguished figure with exceptional qualities and an impressive professional record prior to his ascension.

He added that the emir is a true leader with large heart towards everyone irrespective of their political and social affiliations stressing that he has succeeded in ensuring peace and tranquility across Ilorin emirate and beyond.

The varsity don therefore thanked Alhaji Sulu-Gambari for his unwavering supports to the organization in a bid to continue to uphold its tenets in the society even as he prayed for more years of service to Almighty Allah and humanity with sound health and comfort.
