Former chairman of Independent Corrupt Practices  and Other Related Offences(ICPC), Justice Mustapha Akanbi (rtd.) has lamented  that corruption has continued to be the  mother of all crimes capable of wrecking the growth of the nation. He said that, "there is nothing in the country as of today that does not go with corruption and this is uncalled for if the nation is to move forward". Akanbi added that, "today in Nigeria, you can get your case killed once you can give out bribe and this is highly embarrassing".
