According to a news report from the Kwasu Official Facebook Page, The Governing Council of Kwara State University, Malete, extends its congratulations to His Excellency, Governor of Kwara State, Mallam Abdulrahman Abdulrasaq CON, on the successful passage of the Kwara State University Teaching Hospital Bill 2024 by the State House of Assembly and its subsequent signing into law by the Governor.

The Governing Council is highly motivated by the timely establishment of the State Teaching Hospital, which will enable Kwara State University to produce exceptional medical personnel and enhance its contribution to human capital development, positioning Kwara in the spotlight.
