When the convict was arraigned before an Ilorin Magistrate Court, he pleaded guilty to the allegations leveled against him.
The prosecutor, Inspector, Kareem Jimoh told the court that the victim belonged to the syndicate of people that broke into people's houses whenever they were not at home.
He therefore prayed the court to try him summarily since he admitted the allegation leveled against him.
