Kwara Gov commiserates with Dr Likpata over mother's death

Kwara State Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq has commiserated with Dr. Abdullahi Likpata, a friend of the administration, on the death of his mother Hajiya Amina Abdullahi who was aged 85.

Hajiya Amina passed away on Tuesday. Her Fidau is scheduled for Likpata Central Mosque in Lafiagi on Friday.

In a statement on Wednesday, the Governor mourned the passing of the octogenarian whom he described as a virtuous and devoted Muslim woman with significant positive impacts on her community and people around her.

"Our heartfelt commiserations go to Dr. Abdullahi Likpata and his family on this sad development. I pray Allah to comfort them and grant Hajiya Amina al-jannah Firdaus."
