Aiyelabegan off to China

One of Kwara State Table Tennis female players, Shukurat Aiyelabegan is to undergo a three months training in China.

Aiyelabegan was one of the two Nigerian players to benefit from the all expenses paid training tour sponsored by the Chinese government.

The players will leave for China tomorrow.

Disclosing this in an interview with our sports correspondent, the State Director State Director of Sports, Mallam Tunde Kazeem commended the Chinese government for the gesture.

Mallam Kazeem disclosed the offer as a reward for hard work urging the players to mark maximum use of the opportunity and exposure to improve themselves.

He advised the players to be good ambassadors of the Nation.
