The Elders Forum (Egbe Agba Majekobaje) Magaji Ngeri Constituency of the All Progressives Congress (APC) has commended a Chieftain of the party in Kwara State , Alhaji Abubakar Kawu Baraje for the recent empowerment programme carried out for some people in his constituency.

The commendation was contained in a communique issued and signed by the Chairman and Secretary of the Elders Forum , Alhaji Yahaya Baboko and Alhaji Taiye Muse at the end of its meeting held today in Ilorin , the state capital.

The communique also acknowledged the numerous contributions of Alhaji Baraje towards the upliftment of the APC and its members and other down trodden not only in the state but across the country .

The Elders Forum appealed to all the beneficiaries of the Empowerment programmes to make proper use of the funds to better their living standard and boost their business and direct it judiciously the other purposes it was meant for.

They equally urged other politicians in the state to emulate the good guesture of Alhaji Baraje by joining hands with the state government and the Senate President, Doctor Bukola Saraki in alleviating the living standard of the citizenry. The group similarly pledged their support to the Chairperson of Ilorin West Local Government Council , Hajia Aminat Aromoke Omodara and wished her a successful tenure.
