Oja-gboro Youth Development Association has commended Senator Rukayat Gbemisola Saraki for her concern over the granting of scholarship awards to members of the association.

This was contained in a press statement issued and made available to the Moonlight newspaper in Ilorin recently which was signed by the association chairman, Mallam Idris Danmaigoro.

The statement read "Gbemisola contribution to the association cannot be over emphasized due to her motherly role played on the development of the members over the years.

He added that a word is not enough to describe her devotion to human progress, maintaining that her strive towards liberating and empowering people is appreciated by the members of the association.

The chairman noted that Senator Gbemi had doled out her scholarship to members of the association, including Mallam Abdulganeey Hammed Ayinde, Yakubu Abdulganiyu Gatta, Afolabi Olajumoke Halimat, Ahmad Kabir Dare, Iliasu Ibrahim Ridwan.

Others include Ishaq Maryam, Jamiu Ahmed Shoal, LawalRamat Bukola, Saad Abdullatif, Soliu Muyideen, Issa Marian and Dauda Hauwa Kokeu.
