He charged youth to play active role in the affairs and development of the country and imbibe good virtues necessary to sustain peace.

Governor Ahmed urged members of the Association to be good ambassadors of their parents, institutions and the nation and inculcate in the youth the spirit of good behaviour to stem all vices.

The Governor praised members of the Association for their foresight, courage and dogged determination to entrench peace in the country.

He admonished youth to shun any form of violence and criminal activities such as drug addiction, cultism, and armed robbery adding that this would sustain the good image and portray them in good light.
