Press Release: Kwara APC Suspends Senator Ahmed, Others

The Kwara State Chapter of the All Progressives Congress has ordered the suspension of five of its members in Baruten local government area of the state for anti-party activities.

The members are Senator Mohammed Ahmed who was suspended for one year, Alhaji Adamu Sabi, a member of the Kwara State House of Assembly also suspended for a year and Muhammed Omar Bio, Chairman Baruten Local government for six months.

Other are Alhaji Aliyu Kora Sabi and Muhammed Sunu Gofe who weresuspended from the party for one year each.

There suspension followed a report submitted by a panel of enquiry set up by the State Apc.

All the suspensions are with immediate effect.
